Greg Bounce - “Teacher - Massimiliano Pagliara Remix”

An indie artist from Lisbon, Portugal, Greg Bounce prides himself on organic sounding sound design and textures, couples with simplistic elegant rhythms in his music — and on his latest single “Teacher” remixed by Massimiliano Pagliara, he takes this sound further into his style; soundtracked by some great drumming throughout the track, there’s also much to appreciate about the soundscaping here, with a wide sound punctuated by ethereal synths, and vocal layers for days, all wrapped up in an uptempo, energetic indie rock vibe that makes for your perfect companion late on the road at night; take a listen to the track here!

Belouis Some - “Imagination”

Belouis Some, a British singer, songwriter, and musician, achieved UK and worldwide success in the 1980s with hits like "Some People," "Imagination," and "Round, Round" from the John Hughes film *Pretty in Pink* — and now, his latest single, “Imagination” brings back his chart-topping sound in the form of his latest single, “Imagination”. The track has all the charm of the old world, with the production finesse of the 2020s; and when you couple that with the vocal layers and the expertise in the energy control, you have a track that you’re going to enjoy for days; all in all, a fresh, engaging listen! Debo Ray - “Feelin’ Lucky”

Grammy-nominated and award-winning artist Debo Ray captivates audiences with her incredible vocal range and versatility, blending soulful R&B richness with the charm of Rock to create a unique and immersive pop sound on her latest record, “Feelin’ Lucky”; from her enthusiastic vocal delivery to the energetic production on this track, it does not stop being a head-bop at any step of the way. The song structure is made to charm with the quieter sections in the bridge and the explosion of energy in the choruses, supported closely by the bass-playing and the guitar work; making for an excellent listen! Lycio - “Liquid Gold”

UK Electronic Hybrid trio Lycio, known for their flawless and prolific live performances, release their latest single “Liquid Gold”, closely following a standout BBC Airwaves Festival performance alongside Griff and Rag 'n' Bone Man. The track is is charming from the outset, with a great vocal performance laid atop the somber, deep pianos and the energetic percussion set that dots this track. Couple this with some great songwriting in the lyrics, a sprinkle of great guitar work and a tight, well-controlled mix and master, and you have quite something of an entertaining listen here; take a listen to the track here!

FARI - “Light”

Born in Zimbabwe and based in Brighton, FARI blends Neo-Soul, R&B, and looping to create a carousel of sound that is very uniquely hers; drawing influence from Kimbra, Bobby McFerrin, and Jacob Collier, she brings a groovy sound to her latest track, “Light”; and much like the name would indicate, this song is as effortless in execution as light; gentle, and groovy. The vocal performance serves to elevate the track quite nicely, while the guitar work and the percussion lend a sense of rhythm and purpose to the track. The synth-heavy production in the bridges lend way to the grand pianos in the pre-choruses, making for quite the dynamic shapeshifter of a listen. Check it out here!
