Bunny Alex-Soft Spot
From the 80s soaked synth sounds to contemporary lyrics, Bunny Alex brings a whole lot of character to her music. It is easy to fall in love with such catchy tunes. The build is something intuitive, not complicating anything to do with the vibe of the song. You feel like connecting to a lot of the lyrics, especially given how easily you can relate. The tones have been mastered to create some of the hazy and reverb rich melodies. It is a lovely song to fall in love with, and while playing. Check out Bunny Alex in her glory here:
Where’s Sammy!?-Acid Rain
Bringing a funky and delicious groove to pop is quite difficult. If you want to be mainstream, that is. Where’s Sammy!? show their class in one section of a song, and that is the opening. Their catchy single Acid Rain is the perfect kind of pop to dance your troubles away to, while maintaining the fine line between genres. Like Tame Impala had popularized the stylish thump, this band does it with a finesse that just can’t be purchased. You have to earn your wings for this kind of suave. Listen to the song here with us:
Shaela Miller-Mourning Tonight
We stay in light of the 80s wind with the grooves and funk today. Shaela Miller’s latest is another retro-tuned pop number that becomes brain tattoo in seconds. The moment the vocals come in, you know it will become your week’s favourite single. Her vocals are soft, a complement to the guitar and synth. All the trebles line up to make this earworm that gives the kind of energy a song like needs. It is what our playlist deserved for some time, and Shaela has definitely gifted us something worth remembering for years to come:
KANDA-Unanswered Questions
We feel indie pop rock vibes with the next single on our list. The guitar elements are absorbent, creating their own theme and flow. It is a departure from the indie pop synth elements, shifting to a more industrial tone. You might feel like an Arctic Monkeys song from the early 00s is playing, yet KANDA have a rock rubble in this song. The tune is too memorable, has that raw to polish balance you need to see in a diamond in the making. There are parts that shift from the rock to the pop zeal, with beautiful, revolving aspects:
Clamber-Italy
Creating a catchy tune is easy, making it evergreen is hard. Neither seem to be difficult for Clamber. The romance capital might be Paris, but Italy has more. There are a lot of swings and speed jumps on this song that make it a dance floor number. You can check out the song to see how many times you can do the slide without getting tired. Clamber want you to be living the live music at home, and they’ve mastered the song and composition to ensure that happens. Listen to the song here and follow them for more!:
