Les Gordon’s latest beautiful composition takes more of an overt classical influence than anything he’s produced so far. The light house beats and electronic production savvy are still very much a part of his repertoire, of course, but the emphasis on ‘Colours’ is on the twinkling piano runs. It’s also possibly his most reflective piece to date. Rather than drawing you to hone in one component or element, Les Gordon asks you to stop staring at the bricks, kick back, and enjoy the wall.
