Talking Violet - “Scatterbrains”

Talking Violet, a Windsor, Ontario-based band, blends shoegaze, grunge, alternative rock, and dream-pop to create lush, ethereal soundscapes, and on their latest single, “Scatterbrains”, they present a peppy, energetic pop rock sound with elements of shoegaze, punk and pop rock, and grunge to paint a beautiful canvas of energy and sound. The vocal performance is delightful with a shimmer of dreaminess to it, and the presentation is excellent overall — with the ensemble coming together in quite the heartwarming way.
