London-based 'The Hinterland,' led by brothers Dominic and Oliver Bailey alongside Argentinian drummer Cristian Mansilla, present their latest single, “Bullet Proof” — leveraging the emotive depth of pianos, the merry charm of electric guitars and string sections to present a performance that makes light work of leaving great emotional impact. Oakland-based plug-and-play rock artist Greg Hoy has successfully rejuvenated himself, and in collaboration with longtime comrades christened “The Boys”, present their latest single, “Holy Mother of God”. Filled with warm country rock warm guitars making up the rhythm ensemble along with uptempo, energetic drumming that does not shy away from the cowbell, there’s much to appreciate about the vocals that sit atop this mix — as their polish and finesse do leaps and bounds to elevate the listening experience for even the most discerning. Couple all of this with a tight, warm mix and master, and you’d miss out unless you take a listen to the track here!

The Farewell State - “Fragments of Film”

With a sound that can be characterised as playful, fun art rock with tinges of country rock and rock-and-roll, rock project The Farewell State come out with their latest single, “Fragments of Film” — a single that sees itself done to charming, saturated guitars, with riffage and rhythm that sounds straight out of a 1980s time capsule; all while retaining their true originality and their infectious, energetic sound throughout the runtime of the track.
