Jakob The Liar- Vi@gr@ Falls & P!$$ Graffiti

The idiosyncrasies of an artist like Jakob The Liar can’t be put on paper. This is one artist who is ready to fold the genre pages into intricate origami work. His feeling and style with music is an extension of himself. The track comes with an interlude, and has  a hip-hop like monologue. Echoing drums build you to the kick-ass rock that has a unique base. Jakob The Liar goes almost rap rock, with the way he executes the delivery here. It is one of the most exciting singles in our playlist this week, you can listen to the song here!

Ronan Goron-Paisley

Psychedelic will galore with music from Ronan Goron. The multi-instrumentalist takes us through a glass kaleidoscope of sound to create something refreshing. His vocals are just as mesmerizing, and the odd time beat keeps you up for something that is challenging. Guitar tones are hypnotic, like a oceanic wave that washes over his well written music. The transitions are beautiful, soft and surreal. Ronan Goron is the answer to predictable hooks or riffs to create these ambient, wondrous elements that scintillate the listener. This single chalks out to be one of his best. Listen to Paisley here with us!

Therum-The Darklines

The awakening of rock music is with Therum. The multi-instrumentalist thinks in gradation of layers, so what you find might get you lost. Like a ballad, The Darklines comes in with suppressed vocals. The bassline is the core hook, as the instrumentals and vocals wash over with relative ease. You feel like you’re in between time and space for this one. It is a magical result, something that transcends several genre boxes to make something that retains in the memory. Superb instrumental production and a unique trance awaits you with this song!

Koalra-Disasterclass

Giving you a crash course on some amazing post-punk and rock attributes our entire energy to this song. The riff is a rhythmic delight which has your attention for the entire while. Though the 4/4 is running in the background, you’re listening to the clean dynamics and bass line that keeps the song fresh. It is an evidently powerful song that would change the tides in a genre that tends to choose tropes. The lyrics are an imaginative reverie, and vocals reminiscent of Morrissey. The joyous compilation is within Koalra’s reasons for bringing music to us. Listen to the single here:

FERN.-Alone

The echoing guitar riff of FERN. is what this playlist always desired. The band has some delectable tones to experience in this song, and the acoustic and guitar amalgam is always exciting to enjoy. The magic can be experienced in this song, where the vocals allow the instrumentals to be enjoyed as a dessert before the meal. Vocals are silken, with great harmonics, as well as a hybrid of screaming. You would never expect that collaboration of tones being something that FERN. would create in a song. It is an explosive closer for our playlist for this week, and you can check them out here:
